serious amount of work done. And for it to be fat burn, it would have to fall into a Z1/Z2 area for power... meaning that your Z1 power needs to be like 260W, putting FTP like... north of 400?
I've done ~1,000kJ an hour a couple of times. FTP tests. In Z1/Z2 I can expect ~600kJ/hr.
