Well hey, right you are! Seems like a 1990, based on
Sheldon's scans and I actually found
a set of photos from the previous owner even. (Think I just flipped a bit in my brain, coulda sworn he thought it was a '93...)
Previous owner got it as a frame, so nothing's Original, but he reportedly put on time-appropriate cranks (SunTour GPX) and brake calipers (Dia Compe BRS400). I got it
sans pedals and saddle and chain (wtf), and put a 39 down in the front a couple weekends ago. The rear derailler's giving me some grief so it might be coming off next week. And I've got my eye out for a good price on a set of 600 or Ultegra brifters to spiff it up, which would give me a good excuse to find a new cassette too...
(Oh yeah and when I went to ride it the second time it got an explosive flat, so I put Gatorskins on it.)
