I agree, K8drums.

Sixty Fiver, you're right that I've been doing well lately, finding nice bikes, but I'm still sticking to nice LOW end bikes, largely out of fear of dealing in the high end. I'm afraid of acquiring bikes and not being able to sell them. Lots of guys here say the high end is where to be, and I may yet discover that.

Currently, word gets around town about me, and people bring me bikes or tell me where to pick them up. They're happy to help, because it puts bikes back into use.

We're starting a bicycle coalition here now. The first official meeting will be Oct 28. The first unofficial meeting was at my kitchen table. I want to promote cycling here, for fun and utility.
