Gentle climb up for 30 miles with tailwind and gentle crosswinds. Gentle descend with afternoon winds increasingly stronger and blustery in the winding canyon spots. Sunscreen, liberally applied was a good idea. Metric century in one 5 hour ride; extra 6 pre-miles gives daily total equal to this year’s age.
Hiding your cell tower in plain sight must have been important at an area sports Park.
