I got mine a couple years ago and am on my second one (first one broke). I wear it every day and don't really get many comments on it. I wear it because my father is a survivor and my wife's grandmother and father are both sufferers. I have also ridden in 3 LAF events and will be doing at least one a year until they are no more...great cause.
