I dealt with them pre-sale to find the bike/size/color I wanted as I was not having any luck seeing it in stock on their website. I asked for their Garmin mount to be included in the sale and they gave it to me free. I called a couple of times with questions after I ordered and they were fine.
I never dealt with them after the bike arrived because I had no issues or complaints.
