No. Mixed bag. About 1/3 is medical stuff like tough cases or medical mysteries. About 1/3 is P&R which I stayed out of. And the rest is general stuff. I joined the site in its early days about 15 years ago and found it helpful. The owners changed it bigly last year and new format sucked. I think most users walked away. At least I did.
