The only company that I'm aware of who used this format was Overlord, a Taiwanese based company with factories in Taiwan and China. In Canada, Overlord products were department store level bicycles sold by Canadian Tire. If you're posting about it here, I'm assuming Ricardo were a higher level bicycle but I'm not sure if Overlord ventured beyond entry low end. It may or may not be the same company.
