Little posting this, but...
Went on my usual QT-home walk again today. Yesterday the Sports Tracker app on my tablet said I covered 2.05 miles in 53:46 at an avg speed of 2.3 mph.
Today, Google's My Tracks app says I covered 2.17 miles in 47:52 (total), 40:36 (moving), 2.72 mph (avg), 3.2mph (avg moving speed), and a max speed of 3.25 mph.
Then I went to the store (didn't log the miles) and came home with 4 2 liters of soda on my back and 2 more 2 liters in my arms... I'd say my knee is at about 90%
