started training for a CX season that'll probably never come, hopefully my club is still planning on their weekly training races which may scratch the itch. Anyhow I've started trainerroad's short power build HV, using FTP of 290, and on today's menu was a series of 15/15's at 88/125% and then 45mins @ 65%. Not bad, it wasn't pleasant, but I got through it so I'm happy, especially since I've bailed on similar stuff in the past when I was slightly overreaching with my targets.
