Walked 6.25 miles in 2:09:05 today. Decided to climb up a hill that I haven't walked up in quite some time. Though I haven't been walking near as much lately, I had no issues this time- either the blood pressure med is doing its job or my fitness is improving

I've been noticing the same thing. Hills don't seem quite as big and steep as they once did.
