Motorists own cars, not the road.
If a cyclist feels there's danger on the right hand side, or feels cars are passing too closely, they have the right to use the full lane. Boohoo, some ****** in a camaro had to slow down for 30 seconds before he could pass safely...I feel so sorry about his inconvenience.
