Welcome to why I'm not particularly bothered that my new shop isn't going to be anything as extensive as the lost one. The market just isn't there anymore, and I'm looking at spending the next two years or so just semi-rebuilding the parts department and and replacing lost tools. I figure 2020 is going to be nothing more than personal builds and maintenance, maybe start doing outside work sometime next year.
