My training schedule has been way off lately, due in large part to work/working from home. I've been much less regimented about getting out of bed and getting my workout in. And I've struggled some with motivation.
Like TMonk, my job is busier than ever - due in large part to COVID-19. My wife, on the other hand, has a lot more free time since her college is essentially closed. She's been riding more than she ever has.
