Posted on the previous location before I found this here. Just following up... so back in the middle of August I went in to the place that sold me the bike for a total overhaul. That's when I found out about the recall and that they wont touch my bike AT ALL until they also do the forks. I just called today to check and now they say the new forks won't be in for yet another two months. By now the BB is shot, I'm limping along on everything. So I either hang the bike for two months (no) or else head to the local non-Cdale shop for the overhaul knowing that if he screws up the frame it's not a warranty thing. The dealer is going to call Cannondale Legal tomorrow to inquire about the holdup on the shipment and options, which seem non existent.
Has anyone else gotten their replacements? We leave in three weeks for our yearly Rockies trip and this sucks.
