The best deal is the one you test ride and you don't want to get off of when you get back to where you started. The trek is a good deal but if one of the other bikes just feels more fun to ride you will get more use out of it. I am sure others can compare and contrast the various aspects of all the bikes but what comes down to is which one feels right? If they all are relatively the same to you then go with the trek and save your money for accessories.
