Did the same 30 minute climb that shouldn't be 30 minutes. 120 TSS. Wondering if ramping up too fast is causing bloating. Google says "beginners bloat" is a thing. I sure hope it is cuz something's up and it isn't extra scale weight. Definitely gonna go easy next week. But first: Saturday.
