Obviously the best answer is to keep lifting weight. I been home gym since start so I don't have problems with this.

Velodrome is close in my country so .... got to live with it. Of course, still cycling outdoor occasionally. I am surprise that my cycling fitness maintained well despite only 20-30 mins sessions 2 times a week for past 3 months.
