ASAB (all steelies are beautiful)
Picked this up for a song at a large chain-ish shop's used section, which seemed to vacillate between bizarrely overpriced and bizarrely underpriced.
Came with a criterium racing setup of track bars and a 13-18 straight block freewheel, replaced with Giro bars and a 13-24 to make it slightly more sane on hills.
Last step is to replace the Columbus decal (for some bizarre reason De Rosa apparently liked to slap those outside the clear coat, meaning they'd come off real easy)
