Tough call. I usually suggest take the high road. But if you go and slash his tires, I won’t rat you out.
The problem with the high road is that it reinforces that there aren't any consequences for endangering others and for asshattery. If I can find his employer/company, I'll be more than happy to blow him up on social media/review sites.
