I shouldn't have covered my coworkers on call today. But he has covered a few of mine , a little good will.
Really looking forward to tomorrow. my legs are only a little sore from yesterday, which is weird. I thought I would be hella sore from spinning 1st gear the last 13 miles. Im hoping it means I'm starting to find some kind of fitness.. I gotta lose this weight and get back in shape. (Sigh) every year same song. I have little discipline.
For the weight loss, I can highly recommend intermittent fasting. Just go 15 hours straight, without eating and watch it melt away. I'm losing weight while being laid up. Just imagine what you could do moving around.
