Mask wearing is mandatory in most cities and towns, but there are no penalties for not wearing one.
My employer allows me to refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask. They are told that mask wearing is required as they enter the store. If they approach me for help, without a mask, I tell them that I'll find someone else to help them.
