Ride the stationary bike in the basement and hide your C'dale in a closet 'til you are OK.
Had double shoulder fracture (crashed at 35 mph coming down a mountain) a few years ago.
Was then only on my mid-70s.
Wait 'til you get older . . . it gets better!
