5'10 208.4 LBS 12% Bodyfat
I probably would have left the 200 Lbs category if I wasn't so into weight training a long time ago but I plan on hitting 190 by the end of the year getting down to about 8% BodyFat.
If do get down to 190 yeah it will suck because I wont be a Clydesdale any longer but I will then be a member of the "That Guys F%$king Ripped Club" an I believe that club has better benefits
