It is a bike shaped object, no pedals that would turn it into a bicycle.
bike shows neglect, note the rust on the brake chrome parts.
Olmo was a storied brand, by this time only a nameplate made by a mfg.
the pantographing was done to regain cache, lost decades earlier.
seatpost is dangerously high.
frame was not properly dressed prior to assembly to avoid damage to the seatpost.
seller is frustrated and lazy.
Indicates he is bored with vintage bikes, wants to cash out and ticked he missed the price peak.
