Helmet mirrors take a while to get used to buy they offer great awareness of what is around you. I really like this mirror ( http://www.hubbub.com/store/proddetail.asp?prod=helmir ). The first helmet mirror I tried I could not use at all. I got this one and was uncomfortable at first, now I couldn't imagine going with out it.
