Enve has made a set of gravel/road wheels for almost two years now. They justify their price on aerodynamics. I'm wondering who these are for? 1,300 grams is impressive for a wheel, but we're talking about 20+ pound bikes and heavy tires, so that doesn't seem like such a big deal for gravel.
I'd hate to be on those on really gnarly stuff. I'll take a robust disc MTB hub and 20 or 25mm internal alloy rims over these any day.
