i was thinking about this the other day, because i've see countless posts of people saying how they would never ride without a helmet, but i sometimes ride without a helmet in the summer depending on the weather. on the other hand, i would never ride without some type of eyewear. i have gotten hit by bumble bees the size of golf balls, on my lenses, on more than one occasion. i'm not going to get into it, because i know i will somehow jinx myself, but i personally feel that i have a greater need for eyewear over a helmet...

if you could only use one, a helmet or eyewear, which would it be, and why?
