Nasalcrom
Nasalcrom works as a preventative. First take a hot shower and scrub face, neck and eyesockets well with a washcloth. Try to remove all allergens and dry with a fresh mildew few towel. Use nasalcrom right away when you are done. I remain symptom free all day when I do this. Nasalcrom does not do much if you are already sniffling.
