Extremely uplifting for me. I'm 32. And Im lookin' forward to the next 30 years of cycling!!! A friend of mine who is 64 is a ridin' buddy of mine and we have ridden many miles together and he is an inspiration for me. I count him as one of the many benefits of cycling.
If I'm as agile as he is when I'm 64 than I will be a happy camper indeed. No better phrase sums it up then this: " You don't stop cycling when you get old, you get old when you stop cycling."
