When I ride, I am ageless . . . carefree . . . like a kid again . . . Yes, it keeps us young, mentally and physically . . . I like that I feel 10 years younger since I started cycling . . .And, as annoying as they sometimes were at "twenty-something," it IS kind of neat to get cat calls and whistles at "forty-something" :blush: . . . I owe that to cycling too.
