It shifts for crap. Skips gears etc. Real finicky. I've been running it for 2 years now and it never worked well from day one.
Even when you get it adjusted it works OK for a while and then goes back to working like shi-t. There's a thread here with people reporting similar problems that want to switch from SRAM to Shimano.
