Perhaps they would ship you a new one without returning the old one? At least you could avoid a trip to the Post Office.
I've requested a replacement from Amazon and have already returned the other. I'm thinking that the one that I received was a dud. Hopefully the next one will be more reliable. Fingers crossed.
