Thanks. I'd seen some other stuff he wrote about the pursuit, but one of the slides has a "typical week during pursuit focus" list of workouts.

The things I'm gathering is: standing starts; standing start 1km hitting your splits (not going out too fast); overdistance efforts (flying 4k in team pursuit formation).
