I set the seat up proper for her I even installed a dropper seat post so it is easier for her to get going. I told her several times to release it so it would go to the proper height, but she's not sure of herself yet and said she'd ride like this a few times until she gets more sure handling her bike. It's little steps for her and it's all good.
Thats a great idea! I figured you knew what you're doing but thought I'd just add my .02 about seat height. And yes little steps seems like the way to go. What a wonderful thing if she gets hooked on riding, lots of good times ahead for you both.
