Nice Trek Carbon/AL. Not bad Jamis hardtail. Brand new old steel Italian road single speed I just built up. Favorite ride at the moment.

Multi vitamin every day.
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Tough to come back from winter layoffs, but once back I feel better every year. Love hills!

All my life.

40-50 mile rec rides, commute, and trail. Trail might be done - see "Wake up call" post.

4 days a week. No idea of annual mileage. Took odometer off my singlespeed - just riding.
7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Weights, running, yoga.
