I don't know your financial situation but that Acura sounds decent if it's as nice as you say. I, on the other hand, tend to drive cars well beyond what average people do.
Most the Euro cars I've had have ample material to deal with power. It is the little stuff that breaks. The hose, valve, sensor, cup holder. Of course the Acura is more reliable. If I'm reading @TheKillerPenguin correctly, this is about love and passion, not what is decent.
