Not sure exactly what you mean but the top tube is not round. The top of the top tube is pretty flat. The frame on the Circuit is the same so if you pay a visit to Target you should be able to get an idea of what the Phocus would be like.
Sorry; I don't think I was clear. I meant "flat" as in straight across. The Amazon picture showed a step-through frame (more typical of a "women's frame"). I was wondering if you knew of the Phocus came in a straight/flat tube version, more typical of a "men's frame".
