Am I qualified to own Cervelo?

YES in years I am old enough to be deemed "adult" (55)

I own a reasonable sense of humor that only needs new bearings to give me many more years of service.

I not taking the brand thing to heart.
I really Really Really want a new bike. But the sensible thing to do is to put miles on my existing ride to find out what I like and don't about its current fit.
Who knows, maybe I'm just too old to ride a new bike! You know, old dog, new tricks.

If the shifters aren't on the downtube will I even be able to find them.
I've looked, they must be there some place.

However...... If a Cervelo is going to get me a ribbing at a local ride, I just would like to know why and if I deserve it.

I never shy away from a good joke, even if it is on me.
