If I'm going for less than a hour I don't take fluid along...unless it's extremely hot and I expect to be going for more than 30 minutes. I have a belt with a carrier for a standard-size water bottle. I situate it on my backside. And, I wear it snug so that it doesn't bounce around. I've also seen people run with Camlebacks...and I've tried that myself. But for me the fluid sloshing around in the bag was bothersome. You might be OK with it.
