Today (well, yesterday now for me) I worked 9 hours and rode ~3 hours of z2/3 intervals.
On 3 hours of sleep. Feels like I've been maimed.
The other bad news is that I've been falling super hard into being a roadie******bag.
I commute on my fg every day but I haven't taken it out in weeks and weeks I've been so busy doing road rides. And I can't wait to race in the spring. I've been posting in Road cycling on BF, even. The nails are in the coffin, boys.
