My commute today was so-so.
Saturday I started my new training program. It has me running 45 miles a week now and working my way up to 80 miles per week by July. That wore my legs out a little (I took a few weeks off of running...not good).
Yesterday I participated in a bike race. My legs are still a little sore and tired from that experience.
Today, I had a nice headwind for my entire trip.
Hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday I will have full strength in my legs. Until then, I'll have to just do what my legs feel comfortable doing during my commutes.
