I guess I'm not surprised that it isn't a Bianchi. The only numbers I found was the serial number, which didn't sound like a Bianchi. you neglected to answer my questions. Just because it isn’t a SLX framed Bianchi or perhaps a Bianchi at all doesn’t it isn’t a decent frame. But only more details can tell for sure.
Don’t blame the previous owner it is quite possible he bought the bike as it now sits. It is also possible the person who painted and added the decals did so with no evil intent. People who couldn’t afford a new bike or didn’t want to buy one sometimes painted what they had to match a sponsor’s brand.
