OP is incorrect -- he can use standard pull inverse levers, which are readily available, with his MAFAC Racers, and so does not need to search for something special.

EDIT: OP did not specify Racers, but the same advice is true for any of the vintage Mafacs or Dia Compe caliper brakes.
