Agree. It's really, really hard to dig yourself a deep enough hole that you physically need big blocks of time off just to recover. Mentally might be another story.
That's a biggee for me. I try to not reach the point of hating my bike and taking some time off here and there helps. Also, it's nice to spend time with the Mrs while she still tolerates me.
