I use it on my phone. I tried the Linux version a while back but found it lacking. Never tried the Windows version.

At least with the Android version, there's some sort of paid option but you can still use it for free. Something about opting in to certain ads to get credits or something. It seemed complicated and I didn't feel like taking the time to figure it out.

But it is pretty effective at ad blocking. Everyone once in a while a site won't work on it but that's the exception.
