What is important to remember when buying replacement tires and tubes is the fact that your current tire is 26 inches and is a decimal size. You can mount similar tires which are wider or narrower (within reason) but a 26" X 1+3/4" will not fit your 26 X 1.75 rim. It is similar for tubes. Buy tubes that are meant for the 26" 559 rim.
