Thank you @Last ride 76. This bike continues to impress me. One of the fun things about it is that it was cheap to acquire and would be cheap to replace if anything happened to it. That has emboldened me to do experiments, so maybe the ugliness is a feature rather than a bug.

Also, I don't like doing finishing projects. They're tedious, and I'm never satisfied. I painted the frame of my International, and it took a long time, and the result isn't so good. I won't unveil my idea for refinishing this bike until and unless it's done. It's a bit unusual.
