Actually pants are not too bad. I can get by with 34 inch length Dockers and wear them slightly low. Bigger problem are shirts, as I have a pencil neck and long arms. Good luck finding 14 1/2 inch neck and 34-35 sleeve. Cannot be found. I usually compromise and get 15 inch neck and 35 length, which is a little loose in the neck, but even this size is tough.
In addition to long arms, I also have a thick neck. Imagine what shirt companies expect someone who wears a 17 1/2 - 35 shirt to be built like. So if I buy a shirt to fit in the neck and sleeves, I get a sail. If I buy one that fits the torso, I can't button the neck and I have to roll the sleeves.
Luckily, my job NEVER requires a tie, so I never button the neck of my shirts, and I prefer rolled up sleeves anyway.
