You did better than I would have. I just mean to point out that there are probably exceptions to every brand a person could think of.
The short answer, IMO, is to find a frame with long horizontal dropouts, that weighs less than 10 pounds, and that isn't French. (Useful FG bikes can be made with all of those, but weeding them out helps prevent headaches for the inexperienced - we
all remember our first French bike...)
